Good morning! Well, I was surprised to find my weight is slightly up, mostly a maintain but I admit to being a little bummed. I really thought I cleaned up my act this week. I went to the gym tues through sat, walked at least 40 minutes or more tues - fri, lifted weights tues - fri, stretched 10-25 minutes tues - sat, and while my diet not was no perfect, I ate mindfully and overall healthfully. It's just feedback but I actually don't know what to do with it? I know starving myself not only sets me up for failure but isn't very kind to myself -I certainly would never recommend such an action to people I care about!
We got a bit of snow last night and it's still going on today. I thought to take a rest day today but the WI was confusing and rest day or not, the driveway will need shoveling. I expect I'll have to get out there at least twice maybe 3 times or even more since the snow isn't supposed to stop until monday morning. Still, by Syracuse standards, this is a pretty whimpy snow. We haven't met our average snowfall in years! I do feel bad for all the businesses that rely on a properly snowy winter for their profits or survival!

Good morning! Well, I didn't get to the gym this morning because I spent well over an hour shoveling and digging out the cars. Arg! I may go this evening and do weights and a spinning class but I see how I'm feeling. I may be pretty achy from the shoveling, this was a heavy, wet snow.

Good morning! I got to the gym this morning but it was a close one. I there much later than usual thanks to putzing around in the kitchen, logging on remotely to work a little, generally procrastinating. Then while driveway clean, car not quite so almost went back inside to wait for later rain to clear off the car. But I didn't, yay! And I was rewarded by noticing my back wasn't achy walking into the gym. That's the first in a veeeery long time!
Amy, are you getting hit with another snow storm?
We got considerable snow last weekend but it's too warm now for any snow, we'll be getting a lot of rain. Good thing I'm on high ground!

Good morning! Went to the gym this morning for arm weight machines and the rowing machine. My weight is really stubborn. Amy, I don't know how you manage to get your weight to drop! Of course, yesterday I was a little piggy so perhaps I should recognize that that isn't helping. I was out of sorts, I really struggle with that. I need friends, especially exercise buddies that live near me. It's tough as a single women, seems like everyone is coupled up!
Sorry, winter is getting to me. That and my weight preventing me from wearing nice clothes and the weather and weight preventing me from exercising more outdoors.
Someone come slap the whiny, self pity out of me, lol! Or better yet, move here and hang out with me!
Amy, so many hassles! I hope you get all the SS stuff straightened out! Can you exercise at home? Does you apartment have fitness facilities?

Amy, weirdly it's just too warm for us to get the snow like you all have been seeing! That may change next week.
But meanwhile, Susan was supposed to go and stay with Tim and Julie following tomorrow's knee surgery. But Timmy's running a high fever! He may have covid and if so, Susan's been exposed as well as Jeremy and of course Julie. Tim, Julie, Jeremy and Susan get together at Tim&Julie's house for game night every Wendesday. Hopefully Susan won't get sick, she's got that knee surgery tomorrow. So far she has managed to be exposed 3 times now to covid and didn't get it, including spending a week in Tuscany as my roommate and not getting covid from me who tested positive the day we returned home from Italy!

I odntated meh bigger treadmill that other people use. I have a treadmill but my back and knees are hurting. I think the best idea is to take elevator own and walk up to prevent floor rest and do it again during t6he day. At least I think that would help drifts all over

Good morning, everyone.
My weight is up just slightly so I won't let it get to me. Just a friendly reminder that I need to get my exercise plan going!
Debbie, I hope things are getting healthier for your family.
Amy, I liked the treadmill at the gym but used the home one as a coat rack. The cats liked to sit on it so they used it more than I did.
Hi Brenda. How are things in your corner? How's the pup?

I just invested on a digital scale with a cell battery. I think both my knees hurt and ;power back. But I will walk up the 7 double stairs to my apartment and start counting how many I can do a day. I am supposed to get 2 delivered meals a day. I can pick 2 oof the meal that only last till February 29. then they change the menu. I am picking there spinach lasagna with marina and tapioca pudding 2 of them. so may be I can save the tapioca pudding for another part of the day. the hoimestyle direct has not yet received the paperwork. I filled out form ssa 3288 to ask for a record that may be microfiche only the ti need t win the appeal and also payment amounts i1976-1979 there were none in 19765 and 1977 b ut that will show oof they find those payments. so I can say New York State died me in 1976 thus no payments if they can not get the denial letter form 1976. I got the Taylor scale and I am going to pay it off entirely this month. my doctor scale costs it balancing ability. and I hav ea plug in digital scale that I don't trust quite decisive care it goes up and down alot. We are getting lower temperatures the snow starting Friday is continuing but the winds caused great drifts.
