TUESDAY!
KELLY -- good job on a pre-work WATP!
Had my DEXA scan and mammogram today with good results on both. Happy to have the mammo in the books for another year, for sure!
I swam 1,000 yards today, so I'm counting 2 miles for that. I also stretched in the pool. It felt great!

Good Evening, Challengers
Yesterday Mon I did 3/6 of my main HHs, ate in my 🛑 zone of pts. I had 3 meals, 1 snack, used 58 pts. We walked 2.2 mi before breakfast.
My “KISS” HHs (Keep it Simple and Specific) for yesterday: - Do at least 10 mins of PT/ST: N - Avoid salted snacks: N - No “seconds” with snack: N - No eating out of a container: 💚 - Limit phone after 9 pm: 💚 - Evening: “Snack on Inspo”; Read prayers, quotes, whys and goals: N - FFFE (Food-Free Fasting Evenings): N - JGTB (Just Go To Bed) around 10 - 11 pm: 💚
Last night I finished off the leftover appetizer snack foods from Fri night’s dinner. At least I stopped eating at the top of my red zone of pts and did JGTB. Glad that’s out of here.
Last week I did PT/ST 4/7 days. Big improvement.

We've gotten a good bit of rain with more to come but at least it brought more comfortable temperatures.
Cait: Awesome job on doing the PT/ST 4/7 days.
Carol: Great job on your swimming laps. So glad your Dexa scan and mammogram had good results. I have my mammogram appointment next Wednesday.

Sunday evening we have our Church picnic. Looks like the rain should be gone and hoping not too hot.

This am I attended my weekly virtual WW workshop - “How to build meals that keep you strong and energized.” Foods with protein, calcium and vitamin D. I have to see my Dr to get a mammo order - it’s been 2 yrs I think. It’s good your power outage wasn’t worse. Yesterday at the office there was a power surge and it seems it fried the phones and office network. I don’t know how much total damage. I only use the office in person occasionally, but they work on my things as well as lots more. The “Great Loop” my HS friend and her DH are doing: “The Great Loop is a continuous waterway that recreational mariners can travel that includes part of the Atlantic, Gulf Intracoastal Waterways, the Great Lakes, Canadian Heritage Canals, and the inland rivers of America's heartland.” They dock and explore areas along the route. AMY - Yay, You down 100 lbs in the past 5 yrs 4 months and doing a lot of walking. How nice that your brother came to visit and maybe you can try a new local restaurant while he’s visiting 🤗😍. SATURDAY! KELLY -- good job with your walks. Hope the weather cooperates for your church picnic! CAIT -- yay to doing better with PT/ST! I like the "3 Bs" idea, too. Wow! That great loop looks like a fun trip! Lots of options, too. Wednesday & Friday -- rehab, and yesterday I stopped at the pool to stretch (and wash my hair). Today (Saturday) I worked in the yard, but I stretched. I am so thankful the weather has been so pleasant; I actually put on long pants to sit on the terrace this morning 190/250 miles 79/75 stretching -- goal met! We walked 2.7 mi after breakfast, got to the Farmers Market and then picked up lunch takeout. After lunch I finished a big item on my to-do list. That feels good. In the evening I ate salted snack food, but weighed and tracked each serving and stopped before going above my red zone of pts and did JGTB 🙏. I’m not sure if I’ve shown you this plant before. It’s on our daily walk route, sticking out on the sidewalk. It’s a type of Yucca, which is in the asparagus family. It’s taller than we are and can be up to 8 ft tall. It is amazing! Good Morning!!
I had a busy weekend. A 40th Birthday party on Saturday and Church picnic last evening. I added 6.5 miles Fri-Sunday. Took the morning off to rest up from the late night last night. The picnic ended with fireworks display.
Cait: Great job on your good days. You have been doing really well. The picture is beautiful.
Carol: Good job on rehab, stretching, and yard workout. We have had more pleasant temps too.

Monday, Monday!
CAIT -- you are right back on the HHs wagon! Good job! Yes, I saw the "great loop" map loading as I finished up, so I looked at it and edited my post. What an adventure!
KELLY -- good job with walking. I know you enjoy the nicer weather! Re: fireworks. Several years ago DH & I went to a small town on a Saturday night for dinner. Afterward, in the parking lot, we looked up to see a top-notch fireworks display about a mile away. It went on and on! We asked someone else who was watching, and he replied, "Oh, that's Joe Blow, who farms over there. His daughter finally graduated!" Ha ha!
Last night I went to water class and stretched, and I went to rehab this morning.
