Good Morning!!!
I had a good day eating wise yesterday. Only did a 2-mile WATP was feeling lazy. No announcement was made at our staff meeting of my resignation so I announced to the providers after they broke into their groups of my last day. They were shocked. I kept it professional and just said I was offered a job closer to home. Is much as I will miss my co-workers each day something happens to verify my decision. On a positive note I did get a very nice thank you card with a scratch-off lottery ticket from an older patient and his wife. ( I won a free ticket). Just wanted to thank me. I didn't do anything special was just doing my job.

Looks like I have a little catching up to do, so here goes.
Monday, summer classes started, and I have what I think will be a great group! I walked 2 miles and went to AquaFit (with some regulars and some newbies) - 2 miles Tuesday, I got back in the circuit (counting 1 mile), which I have let slide. I'm determined to get back to it, since it is what I do for strength work. I also stretched afterward and walked a total of 2 miles.

Good Morning!!
Eating was good yesterday until evening meal when I went out with some friends and decided to have a burger and fries. It was good. Only added 2 miles yesterday. Need to step it up today.
Carol: Great job getting back to the circuit. Everyday something happens that confirms I have made the right decision with leaving. My coworker is really having a hard time with me leaving.

I finally worked in the vegetable garden weeding and planting yesterday, so I'm counting one mile for that. I also went to AquaFit (2 miles).
Today will be AquaFit again (summer we switch to Mon-Wed-Thurs) and probably a little more time in the garden. We're expecting rain this weekend, so I want to get everything in the ground before then.

Extremely low amount of phone calls yesterday at work. It made for a very long day. I added 2 miles of WATP.

Happy Weekend! Amy, take it easy! There's a pretty bad stomach bug going on around here. Kelly, good work on the WATP. I have thought I could just watch it with the sound muted and listen to a podcast, but I never get around to it. To catch up: Wednesday, AquaFit (2) and that's it. Thursday, AquaFit (2), walking (1), garden work (1). Friday, circuit (1) and walking (1) 345/250 49/50 stretching sessions 4248 stairs Got the rest of the garden in before the rain -- yay! I'm hoping to get a neighborhood walk in between showers today and stretch. I'm REALLY hoping to get a bike ride in tomorrow. I slacked off last summer, and I want to get back to it. Amy, I hope the new meds work for you!
I walked 2 miles around the neighborhood this morning, and then Fred & I walked another 2 miles around 3 big home improvement stores--all for one can of spray paint! At least I got lots of steps in, and a stretching session.

Good morning. I will weigh at home Mondays. I am glad I do it online. When I am lifetime again I may go back to WW for free. I think 2 1/2 years which I will take to finish medical coding. I just ordered a surface pro from Amazon. I can pay it off in 12 months without interest. I think I can pay it off in 9 months.

I eat peanut butter since my gerd is bad with everything else. I eat bananas too since my gerd is okay with this. 11 tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter 33 points ground flax seed 2 4 bananas 0 vitamin 1
I ate 36 points and lost under the last WW program. My coughing stops with peanut butter and bananas.

Good Morning!! I had a very busy weekend we were on the run the whole time. No exercise yesterday as by the time I got home I was tired and enjoyed reading for awhile and then watched a little TV. Good morning Kelly . I go to school to make an appointment with an advisor. for medical coding.today. Then I go see my therapist from there. I have to wait till Wednesday to get help with application process. i then on june 4 have a meeting in health re potion and potion help. all the health profession majors have to repetition with perquisites and petition then after those for the semester following. Thus I will take one prerequisite this summer and 3 in fall. I hope to pre petition for those and petition during fall semester for spring.

Sunday was another dreary day, but I walked 2 miles and stretched. Today I walked another 2 miles and went to AquaFit for 2 miles.
Amy, I hope you get your classes figured out.
Kelly, I figure reading is as good for the soul as exercise!
