Luckily the class starts at 130 I leave at 1145 for school Monday thru Thursday. iT STARTS June 18 3 weeks. from yesterday. So I can walk earlier in the morning.

I stopped a lot on my walk. Stopped the stopwatch every time 10 minutes could not do more walking

Good evening, everyone!
Kelly, at least your last week is a short one! You can do it! Amy, the people at the hotel should be able to tell you about nearby walking trails. Some even have little pocket maps.
Yesterday I just got in 1 mile, and I will add my "laundry stairs." Today I walked 2 miles after work and stretched. I also walked up a couple of flights of stairs at work. I used to walk all the up to 5th floor at least once a day, but then I had to start hauling my laptop all across campus, so I got a little lazy. I need to get back to at least a little stair walking.
Here's hoping we all have decent weather!

Good Morning!!
Good eating day yesterday. I added 3 miles of walking. Work was crazy with so many calls, probably due to being closed on Monday.
Amy: I am sure there will be someplace to walk at the hotel. They probably also have an exercise room.
Carol: Great job with your miles and stairs.

Wow, Last day of the Challenge.
Had the munchies yesterday for some reason. I did add 3 miles of WATP DVD. Work was nuts. Hoping for calmer days the rest of the week.

The last day of the challengestart Simply filling. I decided not to go to convention because of my overactive bladder. The room where the speeches are tomorrow night are far away from the rest rooms. i am on a new medication not as good as the former which insurance won't pay for. I am going back to WW very Saturday.
