DotRen, I too have seen where people get in trouble. I just eat a normal serving and try not to go too crazy.
cj59, that would be a good idea to make a list of what you eat. I enjoy the meetings. Gets me out and I always learn something knew. I go to the Giant right after the meeting since it is in the same shopping center.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are doing well and have enjoyed your weekend I've started working on my list of foods and I'll get it done before Wednesday. I'm kind of using it like the old days of WW where you had to eat 5 (combined) fruits and vegetables a day, 3 dairy, 2 breads, 5 protein, etc. and I can pull my meals from these lists. I've decided to start back again on Wednesday and I'm going to try not weighing myself since I think that is setting me up to fail right now. I'll take my measurements instead and hopefully after a month I'll see a loss. I just need to shake things up a bit and do something different from what I've been doing. I've been able to hang onto some of my good habits, but I can feel them slipping away too so it's time to either get serious of give up and I don't want to give up - so I need to get back to work on this. From what I'm hearing about how meetings are these days I just don't think they are for me and I'm not sure I would get myself out to one each week, so I'll just do it on my own again. Thanks for all your support

cj59, I love your plan. I made LT in 1991 and the program then was pretty much what you have listed above. I lost 33 pounds on it. I think it kept me more focused and away from the bad stuff. When the program switched to points I was not a fan at first and then learned to like it. I too need to shake things up. I still weigh every morning, but I am going to stop doing it at night.
I did not meet my step goal yesterday, but I will today. It is going to rain later today. Need to run some errands and then do the c25k workout.

Good morning! Cleaning out the pantry -again- due to a mouse. We get 1-2 mice about every 3 years, but this is the 2nd this year /annoyed. Weirdly, he only chewed on the flour bag- nothing else. This is the 2nd bag of flour he's chewed. Not the pasta, rice, etc - just flour. Weird? We had one several years ago that ate everything! So I've been washing all the cans and things with bleach, washing the shelves, etc. Ugh.
