Just waving hello this morning . . .
Yesterday was primary election day here in TN. It went pretty much as I expected. Phil Bredesen will be the Democratic candidate running for Bob Corker's seat in the Senate in November. I REALLY hope he wins. He was a good governor here in TN, and his Republican opponent is going to be Marsha Blackburn who is just as sleazy and slimy as the JA, and has spent her time in Congress making herself even richer.

My headshakers for the day:
- All of the heads of Trump's security departments came out and said they are taking the Russian interference in the elections seriously. Trump comes out at his rally and calls it a "hoax".
- Trump (at said rally) says that Putin didn't want him to win the election........even though Putin said in the Helsinki summit that he did want Trump to win.
- Ivanka Trump says she does not consider the press the enemy of the people. Trump has to mansplain what she really meant, saying she meant only the [mean] fake press was the enemy of the people.

Oh yes, one more head shaker. The Trump administration (I'm never sure exactly WHO this is) said the ACLU should be responsible for reuniting the rest of the separated families. WTF! I think a judge has already come back on this one and said that no, it's the government's responsibility.

Couple of the Brain Trusts that follow Thing! Way too funny! I would rather they were Russian then Democrats too...lol But seriously nothing wrong with being Russian , two of our very good friends are Russian, she is a M.D. and he is our contractor. I think what the "tupitsa" meant is they would rather live in Russia then be a Democrat. Oh my YES! Please let me buy your tickets to Russia. Seats in the wheel-well are available but going fast! |
