I did want to update: my son is finally "getting it" as far as his current employer. A: he spends over $250 a month on gas, not to mention wear and tear on his car, the hour drive time, etc; B: apparently he has crazy good cleaning skills (who knew? I can't even get him to swiffer once a week) and there are at least 3 days a week he's there until after 9pm cleaning; C: they do not do direct deposit, and the checks have been delayed 2x since he's started there (according to other longer term employees, it's usually a few times every 3-4 months); D: he was supposed to get his probation evaluation and raise 2 weeks ago but the woman who does it "hasn't had time"; E: because of the hours and drive time, he has zero time to do anything else;
So he's finally getting it: this is not a good place to work long term.
He's starting to look locally, and one child care center needs a TA for the elementary kids that is literally a 5 minute drive from here. He's going to apply there tomorrow, but he is going to tell wherever he applies that he does need to give his current employer 2 weeks notice so they can hire someone else. I'm glad, not only is that the right thing to do, it tells his new employer that he's level headed.

Good morning
DotRen, so many people are having allergy problems. Me included. I'll keep my fingers crossed for your son. I hope he gets the new job.
Waving to all
I tracked yesterday honestly for the first time in forever. 52 points! YIKES. No wonder I am over weight. I will continue to track and will work on reducing the #

DotRen, yes a good plan to get it back under control. I kind of blew yesterday, but I'm not giving up. Still working it. How are you doing?

Sick lol -but just a major allergy/sinus thing. Our tree and grass pollens are off the charts right now and I have a high intolerance to oak and elm. blah lol. Well I can say the silver lining is that nothing tastes good so I'm not eating much lol.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well and have some fun plans for the weekend
I know I posted yesterday afternoon, but I don't see my post, I must have not hit the right button. I'll try to repeat what I posted.
sunrose - I tracked a day once when I was really eating badly and it was over 70 points
DotRen - I hope your son is able to get the better job that is closer to home.
It's pretty sad when we think that being sick and not being able to eat is much is a good thing But I admit that I've felt the same way sometimes.
Lots of flowers/trees/bushes are starting to bloom, so I guess we are getting into Springtime.
Hope everyone checking in is doing well and that you all have a wonderful weekend!

Good morning and Happy Sunday
DotRen, hope you are feeling better this morning
cj59, I'm sure I would have a "70" day if I kept tracking.
Off to get on the TM. Not much happening here.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all enjoying your weekend and doing well on your plans.
I can't believe it's the last day of the month. It's been a struggle for me diet wise this month, but I've finished a lot of things in my personal/home life that I needed to work on, so I guess that was a trade-off. Hopefully I can focus more on eating better in April.
