Still a victory! Not every week will be a loss. Stay the course and next week I'm sure you'll see one. Well, I plan on starting some exercise next week at PF. Cardio a few times a week to start and build from there. Hopefully that will help not only with weight loss, but getting more fit.

That's fantastic! What I eat tends to make more impact on the scale than exercise, but cardio will definitely help you get an even bigger calorie deficit.

quark12000 yes better but there will be weeks that may happen. You didn't gain in a linear line and weight loss won't happen that way either. Keep your focus on your total number, you are doing GREAT and you have all of us cheering you on. Keep on going!! ** Duh just saw this page, yes what Fin said. Also if you are starting an exercise program grab a tape measure and write down your measurements. Sometimes on weeks you don't see any scale movement you may see major changes with your measurements.

Will double check with him that starting exercise is cool (I have high blood pressure) and then it's game on!

My car decided to die on me Tuesday and took all week to get fixed, so no gym this week, sadly. Happily, the doctor's appointment went well. BP lower, cholesterol and sugar are very good.
Also, lost a pound this week!

Down another pound this week. Also, started going to PF before work. Just doing cardio until I get a program set up. Still, I'm feeling pretty good.

Down three pounds this week. Met with the trainer at PF and set up an exercise program. Many different machines! I think I'll start out doing just cardio (treadmill) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and do the full workout on Tuesday and Thursday to start with and see how that goes.
