Same as last week, no loss and no gain. Of course, I was drinking a LOT of water this week.

Down two pounds this week. It was cooler, so I didn't drink nearly as much water as last week. I think the exercising is helping out here as well. I do an exercise program three days a week including 10-15 min. of cardio, and a prolonged cardio session the other days (30-45 min.) I definitely feel better. Below 200, I'm coming for you!

Yay!!! How awesome it is to follow your journey!
I went to a meeting this morning, it was packed, 2 ladies made lifetime and another lifetime member announced that she's pregnant. It was SUCH a feel good meeting, amazing! Success is out there for the taking!

Even steven this week, remaining at 205. Another hot week, so water consumption was up. Hope that explains it and I'm not plateauing.

Down 4 pounds this week to 201. This is working well for me, and now they want to change the plans?! D'oh!

Cross that bridge when you come to it. For now just keep moving ahead.

quark12000 just because they change does not mean you have to change.

quark12000 just because they change does not mean you have to change. I'm kind of nervous about it too...in years past we weren't so dependent on the app. Hopefully one of the choices is Freestyle.

Keep in mind that if they DO get rid of Freestyle, the iTrackBites app already with PRO subscription (currently $35.99/year) includes tracking for FreeStyle, SmartPoints, PointsPlus and POINTS. And I’m sure if the new plan has a different formula they will add support for it, too, if they can decode the formula.

My fear is that without the WW database, iTrackBites will be fairly useless for scanning barcodes. Not even really sure what it is.

I hadn't ever used the app for scanning barcodes so it never occurred to me someone would become dependent on that feature to track points. Can't you calculate points using the info and plugging into the calculator that's on the app?

And even if they do change, look at the bright side, it's not for several months and you may end up liking whatever the changes are.

Oh then you'll be fine. You don't use the app at this point anyway sounds like! If you still end up wanting to stick to something they phase out, like mike said, you can always track in the itrackbites program. No need to fret.
