Good Morning Dimers!
Last night I marched only 20 mins = 1 mile - way better than nothing but I'm trying to do 3 miles per day to catch up to my 250 miles in 5 months (about 2 miles per day (40 mins) for 5 months) pace. I fell behind the past 2 months. So this am I'm marching in place to get in at least 1 mile and will do more this evening.
Eating and staying up late still not right but last night wasn't too bad. If I limit myself to popcorn, 1 tsp unsalted nuts and fruit as my night options that will help.
Yesterday I did office work and more on schedule today. GFM! Good For Me!
It's a gorgeous morning, marching on the deck while posting this, 55 F but will get to 80 F or so today. But tomorrow it's not supposed to get over 58 F. May have thundershowers.
This weekend we may go to Etna to the county rodeo.
KELLY - GFY with 3 mi yesterday!
CAROL - wow GFY 5 mi
RUTH - GFY 30 30 class
Waving at everyone! Have a great day!

Hello Kelly, Cait, Carol, Ruth, Amy and anyone I forgot. Thanks for the congrats on my half. I have managed to do 30 minutes on the elliptical here at the house this week and some stretching. Nothing to brag about. Just taking it easy this week from all the training I have been doing.
Busy, at work this week, still have some hours before I get off today, will catch up on personals, this weekend.

Didn't quite finish figuring out semester grades today, so I'll need to go back in tomorrow, darn it! Pretty much a DOR for me -- just walked one mile and stretched for 15 minutes.
I'm hoping to get a nice long walk or bike ride in tomorrow.

Good Morning!!!
I'm having an ok week. Been having the munchies at night and have gotten into the DH's chips. Added 2 miles of exercise yesterday. Today we are having a Cinco de Mayo luncheon and also celebrating Nurses week in honor of myself and my coworker. I made made my black bean and corn salsa. The whole office loves it.
Cait: Great job with the exercise. We have been having crazy weather in PA. We had unusually warm mid 80's, then rainy days. This week as been cooler and next week is to possibly only be in the 50's with a few nights in the mid 30's.
Carol: With all the exercise you do a lighter day is quite ok.
Yetta: Good job on the elliptical. Nice to see ya posting. Have a great rest of the week.
Waving to all. Happy Walking!!
Miles: WATP/Exercise miles: 184 miles and Fitbit miles: 267.32 miles

Good morning. My allergies have been really bad so my husband (also my pharmacist) gave me new allergy pills and eye drops because my eyes have been horrible. The new pills work great but they knock me out! I didn't hear my alarm yesterday morning for 35 minutes!! I made it to yoga but was not my best by a long shot! I like to go a little bit early to acclimate to the room temp. Today was better.
Carol, good job on halfway. Almost done!! Woo Hoo!! Off for the summer?
Yetta, probably a good idea to take a rest.
Cait, the rodeo will be fun. My grandson used to ride bulls but hurt his knee and doesn't do it now.
Kelly, Cinco de Mayo at your work sounds great.
I can't get my fitbit to tell me miles. It is annoying!! This morning I went to spin class and the bike said 14.3 miles... fitbit says 2.25. Bummer since I decided to go by fitbit miles. Now it won't sync!! Ughhh

Good Evening Walkers!
Last night I stayed up late but didn't eat! Yay! Decided I'd only eat unsalted popcorn or fruit and I didn't really want more of that - my regular snack is unsalted popcorn, 1 tsp unsalted pumpkin seeds, & fruit. I like the saying "If you're. It hungry enough to eat an apple, you're not hungry!" I fell asleep watching my one show and when I woke up I didn't try to finish watching. I JWTB. Yay! Green zone of pts! Yay! 3 miles (1 hour) marching last night.
Right now I'm marching in place while posting this. DH likes "Billions"'on Showtime. Me not so much. But I keep him company and do something productive instead of vegging out on the couch.
Last night after a week of great and warming weather, we had thunder, lightning, downpour and some hail. Today it's been cool.
RUTH CAROL KELLY YETTA - GFY with the exercise
Waving at everyone! Have a great day!

Kelly, Happy Nurses' Week! So many people are thankful for wonderful nurses (me, too).
Ruth, good luck with your technology. I'm not off -- I have always taught in the summer, but a lighter load. I figure it keeps me out of trouble and, frankly, with the new administration our numbers are down, so I am thankful I "made the cut" and can teach this summer. Who knows about the fall?
CAit, good job JGTB -- I need to follow your example!
Yetta, you need to recuperate after that half!
My rear & legs have been a little wonky the last couple of days, PLUS my cold kicked in yesterday, and I have no energy today.
Friday: zip, zero, nada. But I did finish the semester! Today: 15 minutes stretching, 100 "laundry stairs," and I forced myself to walk around the neighborhood (2 miles), and I did okay. Hard, though, with low energy. Wah, wah, wah.
128/250 miles 1483 stairs 280 stretching
Tomorrow starts our "sisters trip" to New Orleans, so I probably won't post until I get back late next week. Keep moving!

Good Evening Walkers! Last night 1 hour marching = 3 Miles and I'm marching in place now while posting. Last night I did eat DHs trail mix. Fortunately it wasn't a huge bag. But over my max pts Also I stayed up late watching TV. Found a nice new show "Home Fires" on Netflix about WWI women in England. Tonight aiming for JGTB and green zone of pts. So far so good with the eating. Mostly my problem is nights Weather is cool and breezy - too much to sit outside for meals. Tomorrow we go to small town parade & rodeo in Etna CA. Plan to meet up with friends for Lunch at the pub. RUTH - we have been to rodeo before but no one in our family grew up in rodeo territory. We enjoy watching. CAROL - Enjoy sisters trip! Sounds great! My DD1 is a middle school teacher and will be summer principal for a whole school full of special ed students and teachers. Her initiation into admin. Hoping it goes well. Waving at everyone! Have a great day! Cait

Good morning. I think I forgot to get on here yesterday!!! I slept 10 hours, decided to cut the allergy pills in half. This morning was much better ~ woke up at 6.
I don't know if anyone is a Louise Hay or Hay House fan but the Hay House World Summit 2017 started yesterday. You just look up hayhouseworldsummit.com and it has a cazillion videos and audio talks. SO SO SO inspiring. Anyway you can only listen/watch for 20 days then it is gone.
Carol, have a fantastic time. Glad you made the cut but also glad you have a lighter load in the summer.
Cait, I will have to look up Home Fires. I just started watching 'Cranford' which is set in the same period as Pride and Prejudice .
Kelly, Amy, Yetta and everyone else have a great rest of the weekend.

Hi. Yesterday I did 2 miles on treadmill in 2 segments, 2.5mph so 50 minutes in all. Got 10,000 steps, Then2.5 is at the top of my heart rate for my age It is doable but 2.6 isn;t funny. I started out at 2.1 so i consider this neat. I lost 3.4 lbs at WW yesterday

Ruth: Hope you are feeling better with your semester.

Hello All.
Kelly, sorry for your loss. 58 is how old I am. Just too young.
Amy, I hope you get your account straightened out with WW
Cait, I can’t snack at night, just can’t. As you have said before, easier to say NO instead of STOP for me. On another WW board a guy on there said, if you are hungry, truly hungry, eat a small can of green beans, that should take care of your hunger, if you don’t want that, you aren’t hunger.
Carol, I hope you got your energy back and kicked your cold
Ruth, I love rodeos. When I was preteen I went to them all the time (the outside ones, not indoor arena’s, in TN) My friend’s brother was a barrel racer.
I have miles from the weekend, just not sure how many. I planted flowers after breaking up the ground along one of the fence rows at Mom/Dads house Saturday. Early Mother's Day present. 3 hours or so. Then hours working on finally getting to planting my veggie and tomato gardens Sunday. Its just been too wet after we tilled it a week and half ago. I do believe ever muscle aches in some way. Lol
Bye for now.
