Thanks for the well wishes, everyone.
Kelly, do people think your friend suffered more in the accident than anyone knew? Good lesson to get checked over after something like this. 48! Too young!
Amy, sounds like you're getting a handle on your protein and portions. GFY!
Cait, I don't think I could drive 13 hours in one day anymore! Good luck!
Ruth, hi! Are you on the road? We're having dinner tonight with friends who have just completed a 5-week road trip with their new set-up (5th wheel). Can't wait to hear about it!
I was happy to get out and walk 2.25 miles this morning with very little back trouble. Hopefully that's on the mend!
Have a good week everyone!

Good Morning!!!
I was not very active on Saturday or Sunday. Only added 1 mile each day and 2 miles on Friday. The DH is doing well. The munchies got me yesterday.
Cait: Beautiful view. Good job getting in your exercise and getting the eating back on track.
Carol: They actually found an enlarged heart on her autopsy so they said the cause of death was heart failure. She always struggled with her weight but had no signs of the heart failure. So sad. Hope your back is feeling better.
Amy: hope all is well.
Waving to all. Happy walking!!!

I did not get sick from the oatmeal. I ate too much at one meal. I have lots of small meals a day not big.

Good morning, well I have been missing again.... I don't know why I cannot find any time to do certain things. I feel so stressed and overwhelmed. Going to therapist tonight, good thing!!! My eating has been out of control, I did go to ww meeting yesterday, trying to get my act together.

Carol, I switched my allergy meds too. I have used allegra for several years (have year around allergies) this on knocked me out!! Switched back. Hope you feel better.
Amy, I like pumpkin in oatmeal. I like pb2 in it also.
Kelly, it would sure be nice to know all health conditions so we could address them right??
Cait, beautiful picture!

Good Morning Walkers!
No exercise Sat travel day or Sunday, but yellow zone Sat, & green zone pts Sunday. Off to work this am.
Yesterday we did grocery shopping & out to lunch at a vegan restaurant we hadn't tried before. DH enjoyed it too - lots of variety and flavor.
I kept my evening snack to 2 tbsp popcorn without salt, 1 tsp raw unsalted pumpkin seeds, fruit & JGTB.
CAROL - GFY with the exercise. Glad the back is doing ok.
AMY - glad you're ok
RUTH - hang in there. You're doing great with your Miles. One day at a time. Glad you're going to therapist. Hope you're feeling better
KELLY - glad DH is doing ok. Waving at everyone! Have a great day!

Cait: Good job on your miles and getting back on track with the eating.
Carol: Awesome job with your exercise.
Ruth: Great job with your miles. Hope you are feeling better. I hope the therapist helps you deal with the stress.

Good morning. Thanks for asking/checking, I am feeling better. Plus I got there a little early so I could walk for 15 minutes. That is what the ww meeting was about on Sunday, walking. Took the dog to the park for a little walk this morning, I don't work out Tuesday mornings so it is nice to have some spare time. She liked it. so did I.
Kelly, good job walking while watching tv.
Carol, Yayy for the aqua fit.
Cait, nice that your DH will try the vegan place, I am a little jealous.

Hello All. Looks like everyone is moving/walking. Good job. I went to the SportsPlex early this morning. 3 miles on the bike and 20 minutes walking on the indoor track and doing the rowing machine. Not much, but I did something. 25/250

Good Morning!!!
I had a crazy day at work it was very overwhelming. I have been helping in the office closer to me since they have 2 staff out on medical leave. It is very difficult to help with rooming the patients and helping my coworker do the other job. It's sad but management really does not know what we all do which is quite evident as they take responsibilities from others and give it to us. The added jobs are too much for one person to handle when one of us is off or helping with rooming. Our new clinical boss just started last week and once he has been here awhile I will voice my concern. He already seems like he is overwhelmed so won't add to it at this time.
I added 2 miles last evening of exercise. Eating was not good as I had a Butterfudge sundae with Marshmallow at a local Ice cream stand.
Yetta: Great to see you checking in. Good job on the exercise.
Ruth: Good job making use of your extra time by walking.
Waving to all. Happy Walking!!

Good morning. Went to 30/30 class this morning, I swear she is trying to kill us!! Really attempting to stick with the eating and tracking, I am terrible at tracking.
Kelly Management never seems to understand the jobs. It is so frustrating. 30 months till I retire and go work at fun jobs. Yummy for the ice cream
Yetta, Good job on getting yourself to the sports plex.84.7/250 5/2184.7/250 5/21

Good Morning Walkers!
No exercise the past 4 days but this am I got up and did my full PT which takes over an hour and I'm going to give myself 3 miles for it. My sis just had knee replacement and has to do PT so I've been inspired to do it "with" her.
Yesterday green zone of pts, no evening snack and JWTB around 10 pm. I needed that because I was a little short on sleep from Mom night - stayed up eating and reading Mon, but at least I stopped at the top of my red zone and I wasn't watching TV & I JWTB a little after 11.
My bro & SIL will be here from FL and we're having them & our kids & grands & their son & DIL & their kids over Saturday.
I was sorely tempted yesterday to go buy junk food and eat in the car but kept thinking about how I'd feel and I didn't do it. I ate broccoli and hummus instead. I think that was a 2nd gear experience as they describe in the Eat Right Now mindfulness training.
KELLY - GFY the ice cream was one and done. For me something like that starts an avalanche. I accidentally purchased some chocolate after ordering a "free sample" where I just paid postage. AARRGGHH. I missed the catch. But I set them out on the counter at work for all to enjoy. So far I've passed on them.
RUTH - GFY with the 30/30 and trying to stick with healthy eating and tracking. It's pretty easy for me. It's a habit. I keep the WW paper tracker in my purse.
YETTA - GFY with the sportsplex WO - sounds like a lot more than "not much" LOL!
CAROL - GFY active with yard work & aquafit
Waving at everyone! Have a great day!
