I stayed OP and added 2 miles yesterday. I actually got good news from Human Resources yesterday. I am getting a raise with my new position.
Cait: Great job on a good day and reaching the HHs. Glad your brother is feeling better and was negative for Co-vid.

Good Morning Challengers!
Yesterday I did all 6 of my main HHs, stayed in my green zone of pts, HEZ, blue dot. I did both of my of my micro habits “no seconds with evening snack” and “50 pushaways after dinner.”
Yesterday we walked 2 mi am and I did my floor PT.
I give myself an A in Nutrition, an A in PE, and an A in Health for yesterday.
My monthly weight this am was 146.1, up 1.5 lbs from end of last month. In the past month I had 20/30 blue dot HEZ (Healthy Eating Zone) days, while increasing exercise, so clearly it’s the HEZ eating that needs attention. Helpful data. My focus in Oct is HEZ eating, one day at a time.
AMY - glad you’re persevering with WW meetings, healthy eating and exercise.
KELLY - yay, more enjoyable job, good first day, not stuck 100% at home, and a raise too! GFY with your OP and exercise. I thought the “resignation” was from the company. Wow you got a “send off” even for just changing to a different position! I guess because it’s a change in office location.
CAROL - GFY with the walking volunteer gig. It’s clear you really enjoy that.

I walked yesterday (2 miles) and had intentions to walk today, but my sister called, so I spent some time with her . I stretched, so I think I met that goal!
