Good Morning!!!
I had a bad day with eating yesterday. I did good til the afternoon, when instead of eating my healthy snack I had chips then a candy bar. Supper was a poor choice too as we went to the Chinese buffet after running errands. I added only 2 miles of WATP as I did not workout in the morning. I did do 1 mile WATP this am.
Cait: Great job with the exercise.
Amy: Hope you feel better soon.
Ruth: Great job getting up early and exercising. You are doing great.
Carol: You are doing great with all your exercise too. I am glad you are enjoying your pond.

Good Morning Walkers!
Last week I had 13.4 miles which is ok but doesn't help me make up for last month's 39.7 miles or the previous week's only 4 miles. But at least I'm back to exercising most days.
Last night I marched in place 40 mins = 2 miles while watching TV, green zone of pts & JGTB. I did eat 12 unsalted cashews after my planned evening snack but stopped. Not ideal but "better than" staying up late and continuing to eat or eating salted nuts.
This am I'm marching in place while reading and posting.
Yesterday I got up early and got through the bills - yay! (Hi JIM)
RUTH - GFY off to yoga
KELLY - it doesn't feel great when we eat like that but it does teach us lessons and we are teachable!

Good Morning!!!
What a struggle this week with eating. I am usually really not a snacker during the workweek but I bought snack mix at work instead of eating my packed snack then last night ate baked chips and fat-free sherbet. I did get in 1 WATP DVD in the am and a 3 mile WATP in the PM. My coworker at work as strict instructions to remind me not to eat the junk food. I have been stressing about some upcoming events so that may be the cause I tend to go to junk food at those times. I was in the mid 80's yesterday.
Amy: Hope you feel better soon. Plenty of rest and fluids.
Cait: Thanks for the positive thoughts. Great job getting in your exercise, JGTB, and stopping at just 12 cashews.

I am taking antibiotic already feeling better. taking all my inhalers and flonase. Friday new combo pill at night to be stronger against allergies.

i go foodshopping tomorrow with my case manager. Will ride a cart. Saturday I will WI at WW but not stay. Eating and hungry today for the first day.

New strategy to get more stairs in: I started going to the ladies room two floors down, which means 50 stairs coming back up. I did that twice yesterday and twice today, plus another 32 today. Aquafit this evening, and 1 mile campus walking.
85.25/250 miles 724 stairs 75 stretching
Amy, follow the doctor's orders and feel better soon! Kelly, some weeks are just like that! Cait, I'm used to unsalted nuts now, so when I get a salted one it's a real treat!!! Hi, Ruth.

I had a much better day yesterday. No bad junk food snacking. A good day for exercise 1 mile WATP in the am and 3 mile WATP in the PM.

Today I am myself the antibiotic is amazing. Tomorrow and Saturday I finish. Did 2 miles of WATP 1 mile separated by hours to the same one.

Oh boy, that snacking and poor food choices got me this week. I had a gain 2 weeks in a row. Well, I guess it would be a lot more if I wasn't exercising. Hoping for an easy day at work. I did a 1 mile WATP in the am and stepped in place for 2 miles while watching some TV last night.

i got up very early ate and went on treadmill for 30 minutes and 1 mile at 2.1mph. i plan to do WATP later
