Just a quick check=in: 1.5 miles campus walking yesterday and 20 minutes stretching this morning. It's raining here, so I'm planning to go to aquafit this evening. TGIF!

Hope everyone had a nice Easter weekend. I had a nice weekend with the DH. Way down on my steps and miles over the weekend. I was feeling a little lazy. Eating could have been better but could have been worse too.

GooD MORNING Kelly. I had a good weekend, IMING TO WALK TWICE ON THE TREADMILL 30 MINUTES EAXH WALK AT 2.1MPH FOR 2.1 MIES.

FRiday: Aquafit and campus walking (3 miles) Saturday: hard yardwork -- counting 3 miles Sunday: more hard yardwork (2) and 2 miles to P.O. and back 100 "laundry stairs"

Good morning I am so sorry I was missing for so long. So much church stuff last week then the babies this weekend and we always have Easter at our house with DH family, not so many this year. Some were away, working, other stuff to do. It was still hectic and STRESSFUL for me tho.
Kelly, that Chinese buffet sounds like a good idea but it is always bad!! I too have stress problems with eating.
Cait, boy oh boy I wish 2 unsalted cashews were the end of the eating for me!! You are doing great.
Amy, sorry you were sick but glad you are now feeling better.
Carol, great idea to get more steps.. just don't wait too long or the two flights might seem really too far!!!

I hear ya about the stress, Ruth! That's why DH and I took ourselves out to an Easter brunch -- just us, so it was nice!
Yesterday, 2 miles of campus walking. It was such a nice day that I just kept on walking past the aquafit pool I don't do that often, but I just wasn't feeling it, ya know?
Today, I went through the circuit for the first time since early February! I'm counting 1 mile. I also stretched for 20 minutes and got in 2 miles of campus walking.
98.75/250 miles 854 stairs 114 stretching

Good Morning!!
Sorry to be MIA yesterday. I had the day off to take the ex mother in law for her cataract surgery. Spent the evening with my one niece that just had the twins in January. The DH and I are going to babysit her 3 older girls and the twins on Saturday evening. My activity has been a little lower this week and eating not the best.
Carol: Great job on all your exercise.
Ruth: Great job on your miles.
Amy: It's ok to not do the treadmill some days. Hope you are feeling better.

Good Evening Walkers!
I'm here!
Sorry to have been absent - just real busy. Today was a stressful work day and I've been preparing for it for 2 weeks. It went well.
Right now I'm marching in place 1 hour = 3 miles while we watch TV. I also walked 1 mile in downtown LA for work. Until today I haven't had much exercise. Only 7.3 or so miles last week. Last Saturday we had our Easter with DD#1 and her DH & the 2 DGDs and my Mom & her caregiver. We did a little egg hunt and just played and hung out from Afternoon to evening.
I'll try to catch up on posts later.
AMY - Whoo hoo for you down 3.6 lbs and your 10k steps and getting in some exercise.

Good morning.Today April 20 is my birthday.I was exhausted yesterday. got 9000 steps. My psych doctor is willing to cancel the payeeship for me. I will be able to receive SSDI direct deposit. i think that is a good birthday present

Not a good day yesterday. I had the munchies late afternoon and continues into the evening. I did get in 2.5 miles of exercise.
