Good Morning!!
I had an ok eating day yesterday since I decided to eat a doughnut. I added 2 miles by walking in place catching up on recorded shows. Up very early today as we have an all staff meeting.
Amy: Hope you feel better today. I thought you were not going to do the Nutrisystem foods anymore. Good job putting it all in your tracker.

I've been MIA since Tuesday, I see. I overstretched or pulled a groin muscle and hobbled around like a little old lady. I AM a little old lady, but I don't like to remember that! I went to the P.A. and was happy to hear there isn't any weirdness in my spine (with my periformis issue and recent back trouble and groin thing I was starting to worry). She said I MUST stop crossing my legs, my ankles, my anything, and let me tell you that is HARD to do! I'm trying to be good, and I think I'm doing a pretty good job. So far, at least. Ruth, I like a yoga class, but this semester my schedule didn't fit, so I haven't been since my wrist surgery last October. I signed up for a year with Gaia, and I've been trying to do some yoga stretching 2-3x/week. As you know, some weeks are better than others! Enough whining, Carol! I went to Aquafit Wednesday and Friday, but i can only add 1 mile of campus walking due to aforementioned old lady issues. 117.00/250 miles 1120 stairs 190 stretching Have a good weekend, everyone!

Just my "laundry stairs" and some stretching today and yesterday, because it's cold (not just cool!) and rainy here. Hope it's nice where all of you are!

Good Afternoon Walkers!
Sorry I've been absent. Just working and relaxing and readjusting to home routines. Eating was not good and not much exercise and I've been staying up very late watching TV, but yesterday & today we walked 2 miles on the river road and last night I marched in place 1 hour = 3 miles and planning to do he same tonight. That should give me 13 Miles for the week.
We are fighting a war with flies in the house and a bad smell that may be a dead critter in the attic. Have to call an exterminator tomorrow.
Now we've been home 1 week and I hope I'm turning the corner for JGTB (Just Go To Bed), eating and exercise.
KELLY hope you're continuing to recover.
AMY - glad you're making a plan for healthier eating
CAROL - glad the back problem wasn't structural and you can do the stretching
RUTH - welcome back - wow you really kept up the exercise on your vacation!
