The Blacklist is back this coming Friday and I'm kind of getting tired of Elizabeth and her "I love you, I hate you" back and forth. For a show that was sooo good in the beginning The Blacklist has really gone down the tubes, IMHO. I still love the scenes with Reddington and Dembe but Elizabeth is so all over the place. The series has reached its end, I think, and it's a shame because originally it was fresh, clever, and I looked forward to the next episode every week. Funny how you can see how a series starts to get close to the end of its run. Story lines are weak, character development gets lazy and muddy. I feel the same way about NCIS (last season) and Law and Order: SVU. It seems like you simply stop caring about the characters and it becomes one big "meh." |

Caught up on the Rookie yesterday, they're doing a good job with current events BUT no covid? Kind of a weird omission. I said the same thing to TJ! Where are the masks?! Anyone watch NCIS last night? No spoilers for the ones that have it recorded but both were really good. |

The only two police shows I have seen officers wearing masks are NCIS New Orleans and Chicago PD.
Edited to say Law & Order SVU also wear masks.

I sort of liked Walker. 1st episode is all set-up/back story but I liked the acting.
Poor Sammy.. his grandfather is also his father lol.
I kind of think they should have given it a unique name instead of the "Walker" one that has the Chuck Norris image attached to it.

Walker ...if you have it recorded don't read yet until you watch. Am I the only one that kept waiting for Dean & Baby to show up.
I'm not sure if it is because I am so used to seeing him in the role as Sam or that I kept waiting for Chuck Norris to show up but it is going to take some getting used to.
And no martial-arts on his part?! That was the whole "thing" with each episode. |

DotRen, DebDoesWW,-I agree with you on Walker-waiting for cameo appearances. I watched it but just could not get into it. I love Jared Padalecki but I just kept seeing Sam. I had a hard time with him as the father of two teenagers. I don't think it's for me, but I will try again
