I di 3 miles of the 5 mile wATP. I WANT TO SHOW MY PHYSICL THERAPIST AT 9AM GWIS COMING IN HALF AN HOUR. A OERSOIN I KNOW IS DRIVING TO TH ELUNCH NEXT MONDAY. AND I AM GOING AT NOON NEXT TUESDAY TO THE SASSY STEPPING TOO AND THATA WAY MAYBE WE DO NOT GO THROUGH TOWN. BUT ROUND THE LAKE WHICH IS FASTER,

I am trying to reserve the community room for my 70th birthday Saturday next week April 20 I hope I get permission. Scot has put invitations on dodders. it isa a potluck sort of brunch/. I thought that way some older friends can come that could not have walked to Shake Shack.

Good morning! I went to the gym several days last week and hope to keep it up!
Amy, finally I think you're rubbing off on me. I'm actually tracking my food and will aim for between 1200 & 1400 calories. I've been resisting counting calories but with a granddaughter on the way, I am determined to get back down to a healthy weight so I can keep up with the sweet little booger!
I also finally looked into my retirement situation and discovered I'm actually in really good shape. I thought I'd be working till 70 and was worried that even then I'd be in a precarious state. But I'm doing okay. I can definitely afford to retire by 67, and actually seriously considering 65, which is just 14 months from now!
Brenda, I didn't know you just celebrated your 70th! I hope you had a major party or something for that milestone!
Amy, I hope you get the community room and in general, live it up, woohoo!

It's April and this year is a leap year! Let's challenge ourselves to take that leap of faith that this year is OUR year, and we are going to accomplish our goals! Let's SPRING into Action in April. For the next 4 weeks, we will take care of our fabulous selves with healthy foods and regular exercise. Sure, it's hard work but aren't we worth it? -Do something each day that truly makes you happy!
WELCOME EVERYONE, anytime, and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, do aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train, and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-in (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. - Join in on the August water-exercise challenge if you want to, but no pressure if you want to do something else.

I did 3 miles of watt.i I got the DVD player for tv and set it up but Scott had to put on the second tcl in the living where is room to walk hdi 2. and it worked you can here it better I did 36 minutes and 3 of 5 miles. I bright the dvd plan for bout 43 dollars and paying it off this month as well the portal DVD player. We got the room although the person to speak to about it not hired yet. But the manag4er let have room Scott and I will set up the room at 10 and I invited a friend who doesn't live here and 20 others who do. it should be fund I have some whole wheat and rye bagel we will unfreeze and Scott will get some other kinds too Nutella , creamed butter, maybe cheese and cream sheet. and the I am eating may own stuff I will buy some good popcorn that is low calories I made whole wheat spaghetti that I have a potation of each day. I eat oatmeal and 1/8 raisons too. I will mango a day before we shop to but the popcorn, I also have low carb 2/3 cup. and I will eat 3 Tina burrows cheese and and black cheese that are low priced I went to Credit our last really nice day walked and Russ tool me home I was hot. io did that after mu 3 miles. I haven't weighed but I hope I lose for tomorrow we have a bad dy tomorrow of storms. I hope all 20 resident s come. I will try to stay inside tomorrow.

Deb how wonderful a grandchiuldon the wat . Thats so nice. I was belko0w 180 today. I am get an 88 cup lick n lock to fit a biog package of valley white popcorn. That should come next week. O am going tomorrow to buy the popcorn alone with my little black. art I am excited . I am dong th e WATP dvd on a the my tv now with a Sony DVD player how nice. I have too to do the watt and I cn get the volume higher. We got the room. we shop for a big shop Thursday. I was glad to see below 179. I think it will be really neat.

Wow guess wearing lighter clothes is easier. it is raining but humid and 61 degrees. I am going to the store to pick up popcorn a big bag from the store with para transit so brining a black cart not too big. I woke up early having fallen asleep early. I did the first 3 miles of WATP tape. since it is over 36 minutes approximately I feel that is good. I hope we have enough food downstairs Saturday. I added 20 bagels that I will thaw and Scott will buy tomorrow another 20 tomorrow when we do a big shop. I am not certain but I am definitely losing weight again with just the half hour of movement or more during the day. I added Nutella and Scott has cheese and I bought a little cream cheese . Scott will buy more. Barb my friend here is making me a cake so that will be good. Maybe I can buy a box of little lays at the store but that is only 10. I will have to see if something else is cheaper. another resident is taking potato dish. I told Scott not to order pizza. That's what we do in football games. I get a second sleep usually after I exercise.

Brenda, I hope your weigh fluctuation doesn't keep you from here. I am up and down so much myself and should post every day here anyway.
It looks like most of us are in the same age range. I will be 68 in October. Most of the time I don't feel that old but today I do! I had my 2nd golf lesson yesterday, but I mowed the lawn earlier in the day. My arm hurts still from the 2nd shingles shot I got on Monday.

yes 70 Saturday. oh Moshingles shots are good but boy do they hurt . Deb and Mo are about the same age and Brenda and I rare about th4e same age. mo were you born in October 1956, Deb were you born that year too I was born in 1954 and Brenda must be also that year. Deb what year are thy?
