I paid 19.99 for workshop but I am lifetime I am going to Saturday meeting once I weigh in I just weigh once a month but I think they want me to weigh 155 but I had a goal five years when 263.6 for 250 and achieved lifetime with doctors letter. now not allowed to get doctors letter. I weighed 174 today, But I want to buy some fruit too and other vegetables. I may make some broccoli and steam it today.

I go t a receipt I can show in my meeting. I could never lose another 20 pounds I think at all in 9 months.

The doctor put me at 172 for my goal weight. I am not there yet. But I am buying a book fo r20 dollars from Amazon . from Dr.Neil Barnard. he says eat blueberries and berries. I am thawing frozen strawberries. I may shop tomorrow for some broccoli and The doctor said alright to eat cauliflower and Brussel sprouts too. Then he said eat broccoli he said. he said don't eat white rice only brown. I want to buy frozen fruit and broccoli then Thursday I will get other stuff. I will use my black cart.

he said eating these foods you will lose weight and mentioned black beans too. I may buy frozen brown rice if I find it.
