Yes, I am back where I started at the beginning of the month. But I am ok with that. It always brings new resolve!
It's a beautiful day out there. I am going over to spend time with Ally while Carol does some things around the house. Olivia, 17, has an invitational Track meet at Shippensburg. At her meet last week, she threw the discus 108 feet 10 inches, to qualify for this invitational. Its 2 hours away or we would have gone. Her event does not start til 1 pm.

Hello! I went to the gym this morning for a spinning class. I went Wed and Thurs, still working on being consistent. But miracle of miracle, I tracked this week and counted calories (because that's clearly working for Amy!) and I had a significant loss! Course, I'm hungry or think I'm hungry all the time. But I'm sucking it up and chewing a lot of mint gum. I want this weight off yesterday!! The baby is due in August and I'm working on at least back to pre-pandemic weight of lower 160s. Then I'll knock off another 20 pounds and see how I'm feeling then.
Thanks Amy, for demonstrating that an overweight senior woman CAN lose weight!
It's a pretty day here too but getting windy! I'm tried to work up the energy and guts to go for a walk outdoors!
Mo, those outdoor track invitationals last FOREVER but still it's enjoyable to see a family member compete!
Susan used to regularly run in the 3000M and the 4x1500 and then the steeple chase. Which meant she had an early race, one in the middle and the last or next to last race. So we were stuck there the whole time! But I got a lot of exercise in as I would just walk around and around the outside of the fence to the track so I could see what was going on but also exercise. I must have put in thousands of steps! The steeple chase was fun to watch, lol!
Brenda, what's new with you?!

Deb I listen to my stomach and try to also watch the calories. At my party I ate potato chips . I ate bagel with Swiss cheese. I had ice cream cake the my friend Barb brought. And I fit into a grey pants suit large top and medium pants a little tight. And I did one walk to get us ice that we needed. Now I am back to fighting for my informal hearing which is before may 29. I have Passover Monday night with Russ's family. they are having brisket which I like but boy that's a hard one. I decided I would try to emphasize water again in case I have to pay back a larger amount if do get the SSI in May. One doctor who I had in the past emerged again and is trying mightily to keep me from may informal hearing which is ridiculous since it is based on pure dates and stuff that I have and Social Security has. the potluck was so nice, and my brother was picking up in New York Hannah from the hospital to clean out an infection with her knee replacement and she needed antibiotics. I am trying to get back to WATP. I have my6 treadmill but scared to see if my back or knees would hurt at 2 miles an hour or had the stamina to walk that far.

About 1245 calories plus fruit and vegetables. I took home some grapes from. yesterday. I am pretty tired. but still happy.

wow 174 today. took a walk outside. I asked Russ to take to Social Security to get one document I need before May 29 informal hearing the one document that I need to understand and be prepared. I may have to wait hours. russ will then pick me when I am done. I finished the grapes this morning. I have a problem . I may have pay the premium for Medicare part b because during the pandemic we did not but I m 98 dollars over the limit nut I have pay 174 dollars. or more if its more this year. I would lower my rent eventually if that happened. see I would have to explain to the local government that I am not eligile according to my SSi history for Medicare at all.
