Well SSA not busy yesterday. had fun with a person at a window who said yes you were found by disabled in 1976 march 31, 1976. I then asked again for a document in file that asserts that but written in November 1979 and despite a SSA decision finding me not disabled July 15 1976. I learned that document was in file 2/7/2024 from federal social security. she said we don't documents that far back. The doctor iinvoved had changed my nonmusical hearing to medical one. I just went online and changed back to nonmusical hearing based oil 2 decisions and 1 document.

he had asked for a medical hearing and I asked for a non medical hearing.

I asked for a document with a certain document I faxed. So hopefully that will happen before my hearing.

I feel good. I like warmer weather and not our interminable winters. We shop Thursday. Scott is so good to me. I have an inspection today and we changed together the cover on my bed like a bed bug sheet. And it was hard and we did it. he woe it and I had to direct cause he had no vision and we had to stand it up a little. But together we did it. I may go to Uw Credit Union and get some quarters to do some drying after I do laundry. I had Passover Monday evening and it was wonderful I ate the soup and potatoes lots of potatoes and then for desert I just had blueberries and raspberries rather than put it on the cake. I am at peace although I would like to see my family in New York. Maybe if they cant come here I can visit. I am at peace . If they find the paper document of 1979 then I would win. So I will just see if that one paper document exists.

Things are going much better this week.
Friday is my final golf lesson. I really feel like I learned just enough so I will at least be able to hit the =ball farther than last year!

Scott and I are housecleaning before an inspection. I wa told I could not block a closet which is weird in the bedroom going nowhere. We are charging an electric wheel chair I never used that we could I feel better

I bought frozen corn to eat with my burritos. That way I will only have 18 points starting tomorrow. Glad I got out of the store easily.

no actually I have 24 po8nts plus corn about 1400 calories . I supper nOHWE 100 IF I BUY fruit too but the corn is about 300 for 12 ounces and fruit allso not too worried about.

Scott and I splurged yesterday and split a shrimp basket. I the ate too much ice cream. I do want to gain weight. I have been 174 for awhile. and I want slowly to get to 170

Amy, I'm glad you're feeling at peace. I'm sure you'll be 170 before long. You've inspired me to finally count calories and it's working although it is tough.
Mo, golfing? Are you enjoying it? Is Jim a golfer? You started off well this month, join me with jumping back on track!
For some reason I was off last week, not exercising enough then bad with diet over the weekend. But I'm hopping back on track today. I actually feel better when I eat less, I need to find another way to unwind or deal with stress then eating.
