Good Morning Dimers!
Yesterday I did all 6 of my main HHs, stayed in my green zone of pts. I did both of my microhabits â50 pushawaysâ and âno seconds with snackâ Yesterday I did 40 mins Nordic Track for 2 miles because of rain. Itâs raining today. We had some strong wind in the am yesterday.
I paid some bills that were worrying me and that helped me feel less stressed. I have a difficult work thing this am and the usual long to do list.
We finished watching âNew Tricksâ British detective show on Amazon and now weâre watching the new season of The Crown. We keep wondering âWhy would we care about these people?â Itâs interesting though. Love Gillian Anderson as Thatcher!
KELLY - {{hugs}} for the âOK Dayâ - thatâs a good thing. We wonât always feel totally in the groove but if Iâm OK rather than veering off the path into the weeds I figure thatâs a win đ

Good Morning Challengers!
Yesterday I did all 6 of my main HHs, stayed in my green zone of pts. I did 1/2 my microhabits â50 pushawaysâ Yesterday no walk or nordic track. It rained most of the day, and I got started early with work and never took an exercise break. Today the sun is out, Yay! Itâs gorgeous and we will walk!
We liked the early seasons of âThe Crownâ and are settling in with the new season. Itâs getting more interesting. We really liked âNew Tricksâ on Amazon - 12 seasons, interesting plots and characters - retired detectives come back as investigators to work on unsolved cases.
KELLY - GFY OP and 2 miles. Yes I like it too đ€Ș It helps me remember this isnât an all or nothing way of life. Sometimes âbetter thanâ is the best I can do.

THURSDAY!
Gosh, I thought I had posted another time since Monday. I need to pick it up!
It was an absolutely perfect day today! Sunny, no wind to speak of, just perfect. I was able to finish my painting project (two outdoor metal plant stands were showing their age), so that was good. I really like having little projects, especially if the results don't have to be perfect!
Fred's back from his Colorado trip, and we'll try to go again in early December to finish up. We're watching *The Crown* too, and we're saving *Killing Eve* for the weekend! I agree that Gillian Anderson is a good Margaret Thatcher; so different from her *X-Files* role!
KELLY -- how are things job-wise? We're still in the red zone, and our hospitals are filling up. The small town hospitals are overrun, so they're sending patients here.
CAIT -- hope you can keep your stressors at bay! I'm glad you have a good day to walk!
I walked yesterday and today, 2+ miles each, and I just finished stretching.

Good Morning! TGIF!!
Busy day and weekend ahead. Work and errands today. Tomorrow attending a Grief meeting with my Work Mamma. I worked with her at the VNA for years. We have kept in touch since I left in 2013. The afternoon we have our Senior Thanksgiving at Church and then a Birthday party. Sunday will be Church, take Sadie to the groomer, and a visit with my sister. She came home yesterday. I believe my BIL has his hands full.
I added 2 miles yesterday!!
Cait: I am with you. I try to stay active most of the week to balance out my days that I do not make the best choices. Good job on your HHs.
Carol: Glad you had a nice day and got things accomplished. Our Wellspan hospitals have higher numbers of Co-vid + admissions right now compared to earlier in the Year. I believe the Governor made new mask and travel rules yesterday.

We heard, and then we saw an osprey. We were surprised because itâs late for them here. It was in the 40âs but we could see a light dusting of snow on the mountain.

KELLY - GFY with the 2 mi. Prayers for your BIL and Sis. Itâs so nice you keep up with your VNA Work Mama. Itâs nice you can get together with your groups. I donât think weâll be seeing anyone in person in the near future. A neighbor picked up some things at the store for us and I got nervous when she brought them over. Forgot to make a plan for the handoff.

But I did do one short âFit Onâ video for 2 mins - chair stretch. My goal was to try at least one and now that I have maybe Iâll do more. Thereâs a variety of them on the WW app. Still need to do my other goal - to do my PT floor exercises at least once. Yesterday we walked our 2 miles. Saw an eagle flying downriver.
This am did my WW Zoom meeting while I had 5 burners going on the stove! Giant pot of Chili soup w veg, 3 beans and millet for the week; breakfast oatmeal; rye berries; moong/mung beans; water for a pot of tea. Iâm taking a break!

SATURDAY!
KELLY -- I hope your busy weekend will be a fun busy and that you have a good visit with your sister.
CAIT -- I went to a neighbor's house to rifle through her garage for boxes, but we were outside and masked and stayed apart. It's odd to have to think about! A FB friend wrote about "the marathon of small sacrifices" that we are having to make. Good job trying out the chair stretch! I do chair stretches when my back is bothering me or I don't want to get down on the floor. I think we will try *New Tricks.* *Killing Eve* is a good spy thriller starring Sandra Oh as a MI6 (?) worker tracking down a Russian spy, and the two women become obsessed with each other. We both really like it!
I walked to the library this morning (2+), and I just finished stretching.

I was working and getting tired of sitting, and did part of another âFit Onâ video from the WW app. for 11 mins - âButt and Thigh Expressâ - but I modified quite a bit. I was still wearing the 2.5 lb ankle weights I wear when we walk. Still need to do my other goal - my PT floor exercises at least once. Waving at everyone! Have a great day!
